Perfect for a Spring Break activity! Join me on Saturday, April 3rd, from 1:00-4:00pm as I walk children (ages 8 and up) through baking basics from proper tools, measuring, and use of fractions to stirring and whisking, browning and broiling, chopping and melting, emulsifications, and how to safely use a stovetop and oven. We’ll learn all of this as we make a Mississippi Mud sheet cake in real time together. Cost is per household/streaming device. Recipe, ingredient list, and streaming URL will be provided upon receipt of payment and registration. Please be aware that each participant is responsible for their own ingredients, kitchen appliances, kitchen tools, etc. This is a 3 hour class.
