we specialize in Italian baking, and our cake offerings reflect this and the ingredients we regularly have available. our Italian Rainbow cake can be customized to your color choices, our torta caprese chocolate flourless cake is gluten free, our chocolate RASPBERRY torte is not gluten free, and our death by chocolate cake can be personalized with different icing and filling flavors and colors.

please note that we are NOT a gluten-free kitchen, but the products below contain no wheat flour. all our italian amaretti, as well as the torta caprese chocolate cake are made with almond flour (no wheat flour). The pistachio rose amaretti are also made with pistachio flour, and the confezione di nocciole are also made with hazelnut flour.
