Join me on Sunday, April 18th from 2:00-5:00pm to learn to tackle classic French pate a choux dough as we make light and airy cream puffs with vanilla pastry cream filling. We’ll bake in real time together, and I’ll show you how to make these delicious treats step by step, while sharing helpful baking and kitchen tips along the way. This is a child-friendly class with parental supervision. Cost is per household/streaming device. Recipe, ingredient list, and streaming URL will be provided upon receipt of payment and registration. Please be aware that each participant is responsible for their own ingredients, kitchen appliances, kitchen tools, etc. Note that this is a 3 hour class.
